Jigsaw Jungle International Inc. wants you to be happy with your purchase and backs all orders with its Hassle-Free Lifetime Returns and Satisfaction Guarantee.

Need to return or exchange a puzzle or other items? It’s easy!

Simply contact our Customer Care department via phone (514.331.3346 orToll-Free: 1.877.758.6453) or email (service@jigsawjungle.com OR returns@jigsawjungle.com) to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) prior to sending back any merchandise. Please have your order number available [located on your confirmation email, the paper packing slip and your invoice].

A few things to note:

  • Unopened product is eligible for a refund within 365 days with approval from Jigsaw Jungle International Inc. (note: refunds do not include the original shipping charge).
  • Store credit will be issued for items returned past 365 days from the date of purchase. Store credits can be used toward future purchases.
  • Returned items must be received by Jigsaw Jungle in new, unopened, resalable condition with all boxes, parts, posters, instruction booklets and manuals if applicable.We only accept Like New, Unopened (in the original shrink-wrap) returns with postage paid.
  • All returns must be approved by Jigsaw Jungle before they are returned. You will be provided with a Merchandise Return Authorization Number (RMA#) to use for the return. Any items returned without a return authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the returned box, you may not receive credit.
  • The following information must be included with your return:Your full Name, Address, Telephone Number, Order Number, the Reason for Return and your RMA number (provided to you by a Jigsaw Jungle Customer Care representative).
  • Manufacturer defects will be referred to the manufacturer for return/exchange. Our Customer Care representatives will be happy to help provide contact information and assist you in getting your replacement item whenever possible.
  • Items damaged during shipping and/or missing items will be replaced, or credited, by Jigsaw Jungle International Inc. A claim will be opened by JJI with the appropriate courier on your behalf. Please allow for a delay as the claim process is completed.
  • Packages returned as undeliverable to Jigsaw Jungle will be refunded, less any shipping costs, to the original method of payment.

More things to know about Returns:

  • Approved returns will be refunded 100% of the purchase price of the unit, less the original shipping & handling charges. Please note, Jigsaw Jungle reserves the right to charge up to a 25% restocking fee.
  • If Jigsaw Jungle shipped the item(s) to you at no cost (Free Shipping) and you return that item(s) for a refund, the original shipping costs incurred by Jigsaw Jungle will be deducted from your return amount.
  • Items that are returned and are non-saleable due to use, damage or missing parts will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at their expense.
  • Opened items will not be accepted as they are considered "Used" and we do not sell used puzzles
  • If you return an item to us and your return does not meet our return policies, your return will not be processed and will be returned to you at your expense. Please contact us if you have any questions before returning an item.

Non-Refundables

Gift certificates are non-refundable items. Purchases of special orders, customized products, altered products, and other items noted as such are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Jigsaw Jungle International Inc. allows exchanges as a combination of a return of your original order and the placing of a new order. Your new order can ship whether or not we receive the returned goods and your card will be charged for the new order. You will be credited for the cost of the returned goods once they are received by us.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR MISSING ITEMS

Damaged, defective or missing items must be reported to Jigsaw Jungle within 30 days. If items were damaged in transit, Jigsaw Jungle will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf for the damaged items and will send out a replacement item with a return shipping label for the damaged item. Jigsaw Jungle will ship replacement or missing items to you using the most economical shipping method available at the time. Please retain the original packaging for inspection by the carrier. Your account will be charged for the replacement item and then you will receive a credit for the defective item once it has been received by Jigsaw Jungle.

Missing a Piece?

The puzzle manufacturing and packaging process is a very precise one, and while extremely rare, it can happen that there may be some missing pieces. We know it can be both disappointing and frustrating for the unlucky consumer who it may happen to. Before you do anything, make sure you search for the missing piece very well. Work areas, sofas, and pets often play a big part in hiding puzzle pieces. Still nowhere to be found? Call-off the search party and move to phase 2! If the item was purchased at our store or on our website (www.JigsawJungle.com), please provide us with the item details (name and item#), order number or the name that was used for the purchase so we can reference the order? We distribute thousands of jigsaw puzzles from over 50 brands of jigsaw puzzles, but we do not manufacture any of them. We are basically one GIGANTIC puzzle store, NOT a manufacturer.

If the item was purchased elsewhere, please contact either the store where it was purchased or the manufacturer directly and they will certainly help you rectify the situation.

PROCESSING REFUNDS & CREDITS

Any credits due will be applied upon receipt of the returned goods. Jigsaw Jungle International Inc. will process your refund as soon as possible, but please allow up to 2 weeks to process your refund once it has been received. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by the mail or by your credit card company. Jigsaw Jungle will refund you in the same manner in which you paid - by credit card, Paypal, check, etc. If you have not received your refund after 2 weeks, please contact us.
