Since Jigsaw Jungle has shipping facilities on both sides of the border, we take care of all of customs, duties, exchange & other various fees so you don't have too!* That means no surprises when your parcel arrives! Plus, you pay for your order in your home currency (USD/CAD), so there are no foreign exchange charges to pay!
Orders received prior to 1:00pm EST in the distribution system will ship the same day. Orders received after this time will ship out the next business day. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm, excluding holidays. Your order must be received and your credit card authorized by 1:00 p.m. EST or your order will not be processed until the following business day.

Some remote locations may require additional shipping charges Super-Saver & Free-Shipping does not include extended area destinations such as Alaska, Hawaii, The US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Newfoundland, The North West Territories, Yukon, Nunavut and various other extended areas. Please note, additional charges may apply to shipments to remote/extended delivery areas such as small towns, outer limits, or delivery areas outside of major cities, etc. where additional fees are charged by the courier companies (as determined by UPS, USPS, FedEx, Purolator, Canada Post, TNT, DHL, etc.).
On some products, special handling and supplementary shipping fees may still apply. If your order contains items, such as irregularly shaped boxes, oversized items (Porta-Puzzle Portfolio storage units, Super-Tock games, large piece puzzles, etc.), triangular boxes, oversize boxes and 3D puzzles, etc. that are not considered standard size items, additional charges will be added to your flat-rate or free-ship ($0.00) charge. We reserve the right to change or discontinue our "Free-Shipping" promo at any time.
Please note Jigsaw Jungle International Inc. has no control over shipping charges, fuel surcharges, extended area charges, overages, additional fees, etc. We do not make money on shipping. Jigsaw Jungle tries to offer you the best and least expensive shipping rates and charges clients based on the true shipping cost -often absorbing a substantial portion of the actual shipping charge to ship your order. In some cases, the difference in the true shipping cost and amount paid by you is too great to absorb and you may be contacted by a Jigsaw Jungle representative once your order has been packed & is ready-to-ship, regarding additional shipping charges that must be paid before your order can be shipped.
The "Free Shipping" does not apply to the following Postal Code pre-fixes:
- Can I order an item on www.JigsawJungle.com and ship it to a different address? YES!
You can have your order shipped virtually anywhere in Canada, the Continental Unites States or Internationally! Please note that some addresses will require verification by the client and confirmation of payment prior to the order being shipped.
- Faster Arrival: How can I get my items to arrive faster?
For most orders, you will be given the option of selecting different shipping options and rates. All you need to do is click the delivery method that best suits your needs!
- Can I change the speed of delivery after I have placed my order?
Orders are processed by Jigsaw Jungle so quickly, that changes can not be made to an order once it has been submitted.
- Incorrect/Incomplete Shipping Address Information & Address Correction Fees
All customer orders are shipped to the address information provided by the client upon completion and submission of their order. It is imperative that the SHIP TO ADDRESS information is 100% accurate and complete - including all pertinent details such as name, address, apartment, suite, unit #, city, province/state, postal/zip code, etc. Jigsaw Jungle International Inc. is not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address or any costs associated with readdressing packages. Courier companies charge an address correction fee to reroute packages to the correct address or return the packages to the sender if the address cannot be found, without notice. Any associated fees and charges due to address errors/corrections are the responsibility of the client and must be paid in full by the client. Jigsaw Jungle International Inc. will cover the address correction charges only if the error was made on the part of the company.
- Undeliverable Packages: What happens if a package is returned to you because it is undeliverable?
Every once in a while, we will have a package returned to us because it was undeliverable. When this occurs, we will issue a full refund for the price of the product plus taxes, less any shipping charges for the original shipping plus any return shipping fees charged by the courier to Jigsaw Jungle. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Why would a package be returned to you as undeliverable?
We can receive packages as undeliverable for the following reasons:
- Incorrect address information.
- Failed delivery attempts or the item was not picked up from the local depot within 5 business days.
- Refused by the recipient.
If there is no tracking information or you cannot locate the package and it is not being returned as undeliverable, please contact our Customer Care Department at 1.877.7.JUNGLE (1.877.758.6453)
- International Shipments
We ship to almost any address on the planet. International orders must be verified and approved prior to shipping. This may include confirmation of details such as payment information, delivery address, etc. All International shipments must clear the Customs in your country which can delay the arrival of your order. You may be responsible for import duties and taxes for your country as well. Shipping costs can be determined by adding items to your cart and estimated rates will be displayed on the checkout page. If rates for your country are not displayed, please email or call us for a quote. PLEASE NOTE! If you refuse delivery for any reason after your order has been shipped, OR if your address is not found by the shipper, OR if your order is refused by customs, you will still be charged all shipping costs for the shipment to you and ALL costs for having your order returned to us, plus a restocking fee of 25% of your order.
