Jigsaw Jungle Returns Policy
For any reason, within ten (10) days of receipt of
any item it may be returned to us with the receipt for a credit or
refund for the value of the item, provided it is Undamaged, Unopened and in a
Resalable condition, with any original shrink-wrapping intact. Once it is
returned to us and we have verified the item is in the same resalable condition
it left our warehouse in, we will exchange it for another product of the same
value or issue a refund as per your preference. How To Return an Item - The 4 Step Process
Goods returned without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, or by any other shipping method will either be refused at your expense or treated as abandoned. Make sure you
include a brief note describing the reason for returning the goods and whether
you would like us to issue a credit card refund or credit the value of the
product towards another order. Damaged in Transit and/or Missing Items on Delivery: We guarantee any item we ship. If it is damaged in transit, and/or there are missing items on delivery to you, we will replace it free of charge provided that you notify us within 48hrs of receipt. You must provide us with proof that it was damaged in transit and keep ALL packaging for further investigation by the authorities or the shipper. The authorities or the shipper may require the package to be collected for further investigation. For damaged or lost packages you must

In the case of a defective product you must contact our customer service staff within 4 months of purchase and describe the nature of the defect and do not forget you will need your receipt/order number. Missing
Pieces: Most of the manufacturers guarantee their products 100% and prefer to
deal with missing pieces themselves. Either utilize the guarantee in the
box or contact us to provide you with the contact information.
Refused or Inability to Deliver: Should a package be returned to Jigsaw Jungle due to a customer refusing delivery, failing to pickup a package, or due to the package being undeliverable caused by an incorrect address etc, then on arrival back at our warehouse the following charges will apply:-
The
value of the goods minus these charges will be reimbursed to the customer.
