Jigsaw Jungle Returns Policy 


Unopened Goods:

For any reason, within ten (10) days of receipt of any item it may be returned to us with the receipt for a credit or refund for the value of the item, provided it is Undamaged, Unopened and in a Resalable condition, with any original shrink-wrapping intact. Once it is returned to us and we have verified the item is in the same resalable condition it left our warehouse in, we will exchange it for another product of the same value or issue a refund as per your preference.
Please note CD-ROMS/DVD and items on SALE are NOT  REFUNDABLE.

How To Return an Item - The 4 Step Process

  1. You MUST contact us either by phone or e-mail for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. This notifies us to expect a return package and allows a more rapid return process.

  2. It MUST be returned by REGULAR SURFACE mail through the POST OFFICE with all shipping costs pre-paid. We recommend that you insure the package and you check with your post office to ensure there will no additional charges applied to the package when it arrives at our warehouse, as this will automatically cause the package to be returned to you.
    DO NOT return by COURIERS such as UPS or FedEx.

  3. To Avoid Paying Return Duties and Taxes You MUST clearly mark on the Package the Return Material Authorization Number (e.g. RMA000) and Canadian Goods Returned for Credit.

  4. Be sure to include your original receipt as we cannot process any return without it.

Goods returned without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, or by any other shipping method will be refused at your expense.

Make sure you include a brief note describing the reason for returning the goods and whether you would like us to issue a credit card refund or credit the value of the product towards another order.
Note:- Shipping costs are not refundable, however we do not charge a re-stocking fee.

Damaged in Transit and/or Missing Items on Delivery:

We guarantee any item we ship.

If it is damaged in transit, and/or there are missing items on delivery to you, we will replace it free of charge provided that you notify us within 48hrs of receipt. You must provide us with proof that it was damaged in transit and keep ALL packaging for further investigation by the authorities or the shipper. The authorities or the shipper may require the package to be collected for further investigation.

For damaged or lost packages you must obey the shippers policy/requirements or risk losing your claim.
For UPS claims check the UPS damage process.
For Regular Postal Services (Canada Post) check the Canada Post damaged Process section D.

You MUST contact us by phone or e-mail to initiate the process. Your order number can be found on the top right hand corner of your receipt, please have that handy along with the shipping address so we can access your order quickly to best serve you.

Defective Goods:

Sadly occasional manufacturing defects do occur. In the case of a defective product you must contact our customer service staff within 4 months of purchase and describe the nature of the defect and do not forget you will need your receipt/order number. Our staff can then advise and guide you through the quickest course of action to correct the problem.  We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

 Once we process all returns we will notify you by e-mail, please ensure we have a valid method to contact you.
 

Missing Pieces:

Most of the manufacturers guarantee their products 100% and prefer to deal with missing pieces themselves. Either utilize the guarantee in the box or contact us to provide you with the contact information.
Educa and Wrebbit 3D are the only manufacturers who replace individual pieces. Please contact us for complete details on how best get a replacement. 

Certain manufacturers allow us to assist the customer in obtaining a replacement puzzle of the same kind as ordered by the customer.
The customer must send to
Jigsaw Jungle within 4 months of purchase the following:-

  1. The 8 pieces around the missing piece.

  2. The barcode from the box.

  3. and the original receipt.

    We will then send you the replacement bag of pieces of the same puzzle.
