Order Online:
For the fastest service, use our shopping cart system which includes secure credit card entry. 
Your shipping costs and totals are automatically calculated for you based on your shipping address and the size of your order, and delivery method.
We do ship worldwide, international rates are calculated instantly for you by our shopping cart. 
You can choose to register to have your information stored for future orders. It is completely optional.

* When paying by cheque or International Money Order use our shopping cart system, select the Check/Money Order payment method and submit your order. Print out a copy of the order and mail it in with your payment.

We would appreciate you including an email address so that we can confirm shipment of order and provide you with a tracking number if applicable, or contact you should an item be unavailable.

Methods Of Payment:
Credit Cards:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Diners Club Credit Cards.
Credit card payments are converted to your local currency and show as such on your credit card statement.
Cheque or Money Order: 
Payment may also be made by Personal Cheque or International Money Order,  made payable to Jigsaw Jungle. They must be in either US Dollars or Canadian Dollars. 
Prices shown are in Canadian Dollars and in US Dollars. 
Multiply the Canadian total by the current exchange rate or  1.0 to get an approximate US total.
Please note as of Sept. 11th, 2001 the banks have changed their policy:
Cheques and money orders drawn on US or international banks now take 35 days to clear. 
Canadian cheques and money orders take 14 days.
Orders are only shipped once the payment has cleared.

Sending a Gift to Someone?

Gift wrapping is available for all items at a cost of $4/item. 
We will gift wrap and include a gift card. Add the note to be included on the card in the comments field when ordering online.
Please note we can only ship orders with different shipping and billing addresses to Canada and the USA.

How To Use Our Shopping Cart:

Your order will not be submitted until you click on the Confirm order button at the end of the process described below.

1) Product Selection:
Our products are displayed in thumbnail format.
Clicking on the smaller image leads to the individual product page with a larger image and product details.
Each product page has three buttons: Quantity , Add to Cart and View Cart .

Choosing a Product:
Pressing the button on any product page will add that product to your virtual shopping cart.

2) Seeing the Contents of Your Shopping Cart:
At any time you can see the contents of your virtual cart by pressing the button located on all product pages and at the bottom of all pages on our web site.
On this page you can choose to have the item gift wrapped at a cost of $4/item. Simply check off the gift wrap box next to any items you'd like gift wrapped.
You can also add comments, update the quantities, or delete any product ordered.
To keep the changes made please press the Update Order button before leaving this page.
To place an order or get a shipping quote press the Check Out Now button. 

Press the Continue Shopping button to return to the product catalog or the Delete Order button to start over.

3) Shipping Address:
Fill in the address where the order is to be Shipped. (You will be able to provide the billing address on a later screen)
Required fields to calculate shipping are marked with an asterix (*).
Press the button to see the list of shipping types and costs.

Press the button to return to the product catalog, to go back to the shopping cart or button to erase the order.

4) Calculating Shipping Methods:
Shipping costs are based on the shipping address and the weight and dimensions of the products ordered. 
Shipping types vary by country.
Simply choose your preferred method of delivery from the options listed.
Orders over $200 Canadian require a special shipping quote which will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
Note: orders shipped outside of Canada or the US may incur additional import duties and taxes. Any import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Using courier services like UPS/FedEx may incur additional brokerage fees. Check with your carrier for more details.
Press the button to provide your payment details.

Press the button to return to the product catalog, to go back to the shopping cart or button to erase the order.

5) Payment Information:
The billing address defaults to the same as the shipping address. Orders being shipped within Canada and the US only may change the billing information. Otherwise the billing and shipping address must match the credit card provided.

6) Preview Order:
Your order will not be submitted for processing until you press the button on that page.
Please double check the information for accuracy and press if you are satisfied, otherwise press or press the back button to make changes.

7) Order Confirmation:
Once your order is confirmed a confirmation email will be spent to the email address provided. Depending on server load this can take a few minutes.
You will receive a second email within 24 business hours to confirm the shipment has been sent or if there is a problem with the order.
