Are public and shippers holidays classed as a business day?
Public Holidays, Shippers Holidays and Weekends are NOT classed as business days, so you
MUST take this into account when selecting your shipping method or you
may be disappointed by your order not arriving on time. Click through to

I don't have a
credit card, can I still order?
Payment may also be made by Personal Check or
International Money Order, made payable to Jigsaw Jungle, in either US Dollars or Canadian Dollars.
Prices shown are in Canadian Dollars and in US
Dollars.
Multiply the Canadian total by 1.00 to get an approximate US total.
US and International orders will be held 35 days from receipt of
your
International Money orders or personal cheque.
Canadian orders will be held 14 days.

How do I
track my order?
If you provide a valid email address with your order we will confirm the
shipment within 24 business hours.
All orders shipped by
UPS have
the tracking number included in the confirmation email that we send to
you. To track your package enter this tracking number in the UPS website

UPS Ground can
take up to 10 Business Days to appear in the
UPS website due
to customs and consolidation.
Tracking numbers by the regular
postal services are emailed to you from the Canada Post website. (All except Small Packages non

What is
the time frame for standard delivery?
Orders are usually shipped with 12-24 business hours of receipt.
Delivery time varies depending on the shipping method chosen and
shipping address. Press the

Delivery times for Postal service shipping
methods are only approximate and are not guaranteed delivery! (With the
exception of Priority mail and Xpresspost).
UPS are Guaranteed

How
much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs* vary by weight and shipping location. Our online shopping
cart will automatically calculate the exact shipping costs* for you based
on the weight of your order and the shipping address you provide.
* Certain areas in Canada are "Air
delivery only" and will incur extra delivery costs which requires a
special quote. Ensure you inform our staff to avoid disappointment in
receiving an extra shipping cost request and incur a delay in your
shipment.

Are there
any taxes?
Only Canadian orders are charged taxes by us. Orders shipped within
Quebec have a 13% tax applied, the rest of Canada only pay the 5% GST.
There is no PST applied.
US orders have no taxes at all applied. International orders may have local
import duties or taxes on receipt of the order. Check with your local carrier
for more details.

Do you ship
to PO/Military Boxes?
Absolutely. You do have to choose a postal delivery type, regular mail,
airmail, Express Post Or US Expedited where applicable.
Please note that it can take up to 29 Business Days for US Expedited to
reach Military Boxes such as APO, AEOs etc.
Couriers such as UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Do you offer
gift wrapping?
All items can be gift wrapped for a cost of $4/Item. This includes a
card that can be left blank or have a brief comment included. Please

will my credit card be billed?
We do not bill your card until your order is ready to ship. It is billed
on the same day your order is shipped.

Address Corrections:
Shipping Address corrections,
incomplete or incorrect Addresses, that the carrier corrects after the item
has shipped will incur a $10 cost.
For in transit Shipping Address corrections you must contact Jigsaw Jungle
customer service at 514-331-3346 and send an
Email
with
the address correction request. Jigsaw Jungle customer service will ask for
credit card information to process the $10 address change charge.
Charges that are imposed on Jigsaw Jungle by the carrier after delivery due
to incomplete or incorrect Addresses will also incur a $10 cost that will be
charged to your credit card.The
$10 charge is a direct cost charged to us from the major shipping carriers
for in transit address corrections.
If the item has not shipped we are happy
to make the correction at no cost. |

Do I need to

Absolutely not. You can enter all the information on your order form

What do I do
if I lose / forget my password?
At any time you can request your password. We will email it to the email

Who is Jigsaw Jungle?
Jigsaw Jungle started as a retail store in 1994 in Dorval (Near Montreal),
Canada. Local retail operations were subsequently transferred from Dorval
to our larger warehouse in 2005.

How can I be updated on new products?
Every month we publish our monthly email newsletter. The Product
Newsletter goes out in the middle of the month and contains an update on
all the new products. The Sales Newsletter goes out at the end of the
month as we update our monthly sales page.
You can also ask to be updated on specific products as they arrive. Full

What is HTML formatted email?
We send our monthly Product Newsletter in two formats. The HTML
version looks much like a web page with images and links. The plain text
newsletter looks like a normal email. AOL users and people with older
email programs are suggested to opt for the plain text version.

How can I receive a printed catalog?
At present we no longer print catalogs as they simply become outdated far
too quickly. We are constantly adding new products to our web site which
is the best way to see all the new and current products.
You can still order by mail, simply complete your order online and then
print and mail the order form along with your payment.

What are the most difficult puzzles?
There is such a variety of puzzles today that many are extremely
challenging. For an added challenge we recommend double-sided, borderless

How can I transport my puzzle?
While there are a variety of products on the market, as puzzlers we recommend
either:-

Available in a variety of sizes this is most dynamic, and affordably
priced product on the market. It is also the longest lasting, we've had
one for years that has done over 400 puzzles. You can roll up your puzzle
take it with you and unroll it without fear of losing pieces or having
them shift.

jigsaw puzzle holder which provides a rigid, non-slip surface allowing jigsaw
puzzles to be enjoyed anywhere.

How can I mount and display my completed jigsaw puzzle?
We have an assortment of special jigsaw puzzle glues that will hold your
puzzle together once complete. You can see the entire
selection here.
Once your puzzle is done slide a piece of plastic (garbage bag, drop
sheet, etc...) under your puzzle. The glue goes directly on the top
(surface) of the puzzle. Allow to dry 30-60 minutes and apply a full
second coat if necessary. Your puzzle is then ready to be framed or laminated with no
fear of losing a piece.
