This company has the best level of customer service that I have ever encountered. Quick, personal, friendly responses to inquiries. They continued to expedite my inquiry with the manufacturer for months, until my special order request was available, then contacted me to let me know that it was available for order and shipment.

I am somewhat dubious about ordering over the net and I have to say that I am very happy with the speed with which my small order was handled. I ordered on Monday, it arrived today (Friday). The correct item, with a confirming invoice. It's so nice when people put in the effort to do their jobs well. So many people these days do not.

The shipment of puzzles has arrived and I am thrilled with each of them. The children began working with them today and were delighted. The five year olds work with them Friday and they will be very excited to have such beautiful new puzzles to complete.
