| Tasks and
Responsibilities |
- Order processing, picking, packing, receiving, shipping, and
customer service.
- Respond to customer orders, inquiries and concerns by email, voice
and chat line in an efficient and effective manner.
- Assist prospective customers with product information and site
navigation and research inquiries when necessary.
- Assist in marketing information emails and perform other related
duties as assigned.
- Accurately Pack and Ship our customer orders to tight
timelines to ensure we meet customers' high expectations.
- Ensure the workplace and office areas are kept organized, clean and tidy.

English Excellent Knowledge (written and spoken).
French Very Good Knowledge (written and spoken). |

Excel, Word, Outlook. |

PC skills essential. |
